Advocate Asset: Client Referral Manager

Advocate Asset is designed to help manage the process of sending and tracking referrals across a broad network of law firms. It provides users with the ability to easily track to whom they have referred cases across multiple practice areas or legal categories. More importantly, it provides the ability to quickly update the status of a claim and record notes- by an attorney or authorized agent (e.g. accepting attorney, phone room, paralegal, etc). As a web application it can be accessed anywhere there is Internet access allowing your firm to compete and function at a whole new level.

An Attorney For You is a marketing firm working with over 1000 law firms across the country. It has used Advocate Asset as a simple CRM (customer relationship management) and tracking mechanism for delivering hundreds of thousands of potential claims throughout its network of attorneys.
