Who is a Good Candidate?
A good candidate for a facelift is someone in their late 30s and early 40s,
although age does not determine quality of a facelift procedure. The most important
factor is skin elasticity, the skins ability to stretch and heal.
Other factors that make a good candidate are individuals with sagging cheeks,
heavy lines from nose to mouth and jowls along the jaw line.
A strong and well-defined bone structure and realistic expectations also make
someone a good candidate.
A FACELIFT CANNOT FIX WRINKLES AND CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ENTIRE LIFE.
A facelift will however, give you a refreshened look and a more youthful appearance.
A well lifted face can last up to 12 to 15 years! The best results for a facelift
depend upon the doctor and recovery process.
